Subjective reality is real reality.

What you think determines how you feel. You then gather evidence to prove what you think, which in term 'creates' the world around you.

I believe life is what you make of it. And that nothing is value inherent (good or bad in and of itself) - we assign value to everything and everyone in our life.

In a sense, this means everything is arbitrary.

This also means we choose what we believe, and that we can choose to be *happy* and *healthy*.

I'm not enlightened. I'm just a pragmatic existentialist.
